Our printer is located in the room behind the mailboxes in house 2 (Kastanienweg 10).
There every resident has access with their own room key.
You can print both A4 and A3 in color and grayscale and have the pages stapled and folded directly during printing.
In addition, we offer the possibility to laminate documents in A3, A4 and A5.

Usage
- Either upload your document on my.netz.ac and click on “Print” – or install a driver as described in “Advanced Setup” (this is more complex).
- Go to the printer and confirm your print on my.netz.ac
- When printing or copying, you need to enter your KaWo3 username and your Printer-PIN (you can find it on my.netz.ac)
- If the paper is empty, there is a paper jam or any other problem with the printer, contact us (see “Contact”)

FAQ
When I print I get the error message: “Unable to communicate with the accounting server. Job has been terminated“
Send us a mail via the contact form. The error will then be solved by us in a timely manner!
When I print I get the error message: “Missing funds – Job terminated”.
Make sure you have loaded enough quota for your printout and, in the case of black & white, set "Xerox Black & White" to "On" in the Xerox driver. Also check that the paper type is set correctly, our printer only supports A4 & A3 sizes!
